Infographic: 12 Tips For Managing a Remote Team

2 minute read

Product teams, who (once upon a time) might have been desk neighbours, are now finding themselves scattered across different towns, cities, and countries. There’s a lot to think about during these times, such as product strategy, team collaboration and remote management.

If you’re a ProdPad user or an advocate of lean roadmapping, then you can afford to feel optimistic about your strategy. Your roadmap doesn’t need to change. You’re still able to see what needs to be worked on and what problems need to be solved.

But how are you going to work remotely?

ProdPad supports remote collaboration and is used to align teams wherever they are in the world. For example, our Slack integration allows users to stay up to date with new ideas, feedback and important conversations happening in their product space.

Ok, what about remote management?

When the Covid-19 measures were first introduced, back in March (we know, it feels a lot longer), our Chief Customer Officer, Liz Love, took to twitter to share her remote working tips.
