Product Management Webinar: AI in Product Management
Put AI to Work in Your Product Process
Wednesday, Nov 18 | 9am PST | 12pm EST | 5pm GMT
AI has made product teams very fast at producing documents. It hasn’t made many of them better at deciding. The licenses are paid for, the specs and summaries arrive in seconds, and the roadmap review still ends in the same argument it did last year.
Join Janna Bastow for a live session on putting AI to work inside real product orgs, with practical steps you can take straight into your own process.
About this webinar
Most teams are past the “how do I write a good prompt” stage. The gap now sits between one person getting a decent answer out of a chat window and a whole team running a process they trust. This session is about closing it.
Janna will build three repeatable workflows, each one ending in a decision someone owns:
- Structured briefs. A shared brief format your team owns, filled from the evidence already in your product system rather than whatever someone remembered to paste in. The assistant drafts, and the brief makes clear what’s being decided and on what basis.
- Feedback triage. A regular triage routine that goes past “here are the themes” to a call on each one (link it, park it, or act on it), with the reasoning recorded so nobody relitigates it next quarter.
- Roadmap reviews. A standing review where AI checks your roadmap against your objectives and the evidence behind each item, flags what’s gone stale, and hands you a review pack before the meeting.
For each one, she’ll show where the human call sits, the checks that catch a confident wrong answer, and how to set it up so the whole team runs it the same way. Five PMs with five private prompt libraries is a habit, and habits don’t scale.
You’ll see the workflows run in ProdPad, with CoPilot and Signals working inside the app. The ProdPad MCP server connects your roadmap, backlog, and feedback to the AI assistant your team already uses, so it can read the evidence and act on it. Bring your questions; Janna takes them live throughout.
If your team has AI budget and no AI process, this session is for you.
Join Janna and learn:
- How to build a shared brief format so AI drafts start from real evidence
- A feedback triage routine that ends in decisions, with the reasoning on record
- How to run a recurring AI roadmap review before your stakeholders see the roadmap
- The checks that tell you when to trust AI output and when to dig in
- Answers to your questions in a live Q&A
About Janna
Like many people in product, Janna became a Product Manager almost by accident after spending time in customer-facing roles that required liaising with technical teams. It was this intersection between product and customer that shaped her early approach and set the foundation for learning fast on the job.
As an early adopter of Product Management best practices, Janna has seen the discipline grow from an almost unknown role into a global profession. Along the way, she’s become one of the leading voices in product thinking, and regularly speaks at conferences around the world, sharing sharp insights and real-world lessons with product teams.
Today, Janna is the Co-Founder of ProdPad, an international product speaker, and the inventor of the widely adopted Now-Next-Later roadmap.
